体检的操作规程为：
1、心脏听诊:心脏收缩期杂音按六级划分，考生卧位安静时听诊肺动脉瓣膜区达到三级，其他瓣膜区达到二级，改变体位反复听诊心脏杂音确属生理性者，可作“正常”结论。
2、期前收缩每分钟6次以上应立即做下蹲试验，运动后早搏消失，或偶有1～2次，心电图正常，可作“正常”结论。如每分钟仍在6次以上，做“不正常”结论(以体验当日测量为准)。不完全性右束支传导阻滞确无心病变者可做“正常”结论。
3、听诊测量血压时舒张压以变音为准，由于精神紧张，血压超过18.66.12kpa(140.90毫米汞柱)，同时伴有心率快的受检者，嘱其休息一刻钟至半小时测第二次，选其中低值，记入体检表，如仍不正常，适当休息，多测几次，但必须以体检当日血压为准。
4、肝、脾检查以平卧位平静呼吸为准。
5、色觉检查用《俞自萍色盲本》或卫生部编印的色觉检查图，必须由专科护士或医师检查。
6、单颜色识别能力检查(单种颜色分别认识能力):
（1）医生从红、黄、绿、蓝、紫各种颜色的导线或采用红、黄、绿、蓝、紫各种颜色的字母、数码、几何图形、信号灯中任选出一种让考生识别。在5秒钟内讲出颜色名称;
（2）医生任意讲出一种颜色名称让考生在5秒钟内从红、黄、绿、蓝、紫各种颜色导线或从红、黄、绿、 蓝、紫各种颜色的字母、数码、几何图形、信号灯中准确找出该颜色的导线、字母、数码、几何图形、信号灯。
以上两种方法交替进行。将能认出的颜色在其名称上作“ ”符号，记入体检表(识别彩色图案及彩色数码能力正常者不必检查此项)。 橘子网
7、视力检查统一采用标准对数视力表，用5分记录法记录检查结果，任何一眼裸眼视力低于4.8者，需用矫正镜片测视力，矫正不到4.8者应查眼底。眼底仅见近视特征无其他异常者，增加镜片度数远视力即有所提高。
可将实际检查矫正视力及矫正度数，记入体检表。视力仍达不到第二部分第12条要求者选报文科专业。
8、测听力:用耳语，左右耳分别进行，测听距离5米。9.嗅觉:用醋、酒精(如果没有酒精，可改用白酒)、水三种，全能辨别为正常，能辨别1～2种为迟钝，三种全不辨别者为丧失(体检时患感冒者，约定一周后复查)。

1、注意饮食，不吃辛辣、油腻和不易消化的食物，不饮酒，避免做剧烈运动。
2、注意休息，保证睡眠。气温变化大，考生应及时添减衣服，防止感冒。
3、尽量不要服用药物、保健品，有些药物与保健品可能会引起转氨酶 增高等症状，影响体检结果。如果不得已服用药物，应在体检时向医生说明。
4、上午体检的考生，因要抽血，勿吃早餐(空腹)。下午体检的考生，早晨要吃清淡点，喝些白开水，上午9时以后就不要再吃东西了。(是否空腹以学校通知为准)。
5、有高血压家族史和体形较胖的考生要注意血压的情况。平时要测一测自己的血压，如果血压高应在医生指导下系统治疗，有些是非药物治疗就可以控制的，如低盐饮食、消除紧张情绪、适当体育运动等。
